The Apartments:
Our deluxe units have been refurbished using the latest modern designs, each unit offers space and comfort for the whole family. These two bedroom upstairs/downstairs townhouses are fully self contained. Each unit has a full kitchen equipped with all the utensils and cookware you would have in your own home. Additionally we also have a dishwasher, full sized fridge, and microwave, a separate lounge (with foxtel) and dining area, a bathroom with two toilets (1 on each level) and a laundry with a washer and dryer. There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living space.
The main bedroom has a king sized bed (with a 2nd television) and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each unit has a private balcony that overlooks Merimbula Lake and ocean. Half of the apartments have the bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs and the other have the reverse with the living room downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. You get great views from either configuration.
The Complex:
Merimbula’s Panoramic Townhouses are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The grounds also boast a large swimming pool and a great BBQ area at the rear of the complex. There is also 1 off street car park per townhouse.
