Over the past few years Lisa and the team at Merimbula Holiday Rentals have done a spectacular job in managing Sapphire Cottage, our short-term rental property. Even with very quick turn arounds the property is always presented immaculately and with attention to detail, which is probably a great testament to why we do well with bookings. We tried to manage our house as an Air BnB at one point but the process and amount of time it took for bookings and cleaning was a hassle.

We appreciate how much time and effort the team at Merimbula Holiday Rentals puts in to making our guests’ stay a memorable one. Their booking system and payment to us as an owner is second to none. Now with all that has happened between fires and COVID we felt it was due time to tell them what a wonderful job they have done and that we appreciate the care they have taken in managing our property. The team went above and beyond with helping locals find emergency accommodation through the fires, refunding guests where their travel plans were impacted due to COVID travel restrictions and the fires and sorting out our insurance claim for loss of income due to the fires.

This home is incredible!! It is a gorgeous home with three levels allowing space for all. The views from the top living space and main bedroom are spectacular. The location has proximity to beach, river and cafes. Truly stunning. If you like to walk, run, fish, bike ride…all is easily accessible. I appreciated the kitchen having everything you needed, which matters with a larger family. We will be back!!

This accommodation is clearly first class. From communicating with the owners to walking through the front door, Sybella is a luxury, modern residence with immaculate views. We will definitely stay again without any hesitation and I encourage you to do the same. Parking – enough room for 6 car with the inclusion of the garage. Bed – very comfortable! Showers- great pressure and overly decent hot water system Laundry- washing machine up and down stairs. Dryer upstairs or drying rack can be used. Space – generous and no need for baby proofing Communication- delightful Information guide – appreciated View – first class

This house is lovely! Would definitely recommend if you’re planning a trip to Merimbula. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a great coffee machine. It’s very clean and in a perfect location, being close to all the nearby beaches. The 50’s style was very quirky and adds a nice touch. The host had prompt communication and overall was a very smooth trip with no issues. Me and my family will definitely return to this house when we come back to Merimbula!
