This house has all of life’s modern conveniences for you to enjoy and make it your home away from home. Including a large fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven. The main living area of the house is just off from the kitchen and is home to a woodfire place, luscious seating and a Smart TV. On this level of the house you will also find 2 bedrooms, the master home to a Queen bed and the second bedroom home to 2x king single beds. The main bathroom provides a walk in shower and large corner bath tub.
An added extra bonus, and my favourite part of this house, is the study/reading nook tucked around the corner from the kitchen. If you feel the need to work while away, this office provides you with the perfect outlook to be creative and productive.
Head downstairs to find the third bedroom which is home to a King sized bed, ceiling fan, external access out onto one of the courtyards and even its own huge en-suite.
Down in the back yard you will find a gate, wonder out this gate and head to your left to find yourself just a short walk from the beach.
Finally, with the amazing bike tracks in both Tathra and the new one in Eden there is never a better time to come visit. We have created a large lockable storage area to suit your needs.
